This GMP square model single rotary tablet press is an entry level machine and is designed for the production of small batches. This proven machine is suitable for a variety of applications in pharmaceutical and other industries like food, chemical, naphthalene, confectionery etc.

The suitable model can be selected based on the tooling and output requirement from the I 6, 20 & 23 stations with the "D", "D" & "BID" tooling respectively.

A I 2 station model is also available with special tooling and tunnel type cam track having max tab Diaof40 mm & maxdepth offill ono mm.

CONSTRUCTION

Machine Construction is of rugged design with turret made of highly ductile SG Iron casting. Feed Frame is made of very rigid gunmetal with sufficient height to avoid spillover of powder. Turret rotates on needle roller thrust bearing, which is immersed in oil forfrictionless rotation. Specially designed 3 piece (on demand) Turret with die plate ofSS 316 can be provided to meet cGMP requirements and to increase the strength of die table between two consecutive die pockets.

VARIABLE SPEED PULLEY DRIVE

This feature is useful to vary the turret speed as per requirement depending upon the material to be compressed. The variable speed pulley is mounted on motor shaft. The speed adjustment is achieved by raising or lowering the motor on it slide by means of a hand wheel.

OPERATORS SAFETY

Safe machine operation is of utmost importance. To ensure safety, all upper guards have been fitted with interlock switches. An emergency stop red button is provided at conveniently approachable location.
